Starting in September, the Get Ride-Ready motorcycle safety campaign encourages riders to book a free expert 10 point safety check with their local participating motorcycle retailer (subject to availability).
Once the check has been completed riders are then provided with a promotional code (Spring17) to sign up online for a free Ride Forever course. Buying a bike from a Waikato retailers will also give riders an opportunity to take a free course.
Ride Forever is ACC’s subsidised rider training programme with courses available for all skill levels, from beginner to elite. For this promotion, Waikato Regional Council’s ‘Reduce the Risk’ road safety group are subsiding things even further to make them 100% free for all Waikato riders.
